With more than 30 years in sales, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship, Mr. Mc Culley brings more than a background as a business leader. Bill accumulated decades of experience and has helped previously build million-dollar enterprises in several industries. Bill loves people, as well our entire team has a heart for the helpless and hopeless and those in need is our core.
James Martinez
Co-founder construction division
30 years as an entrepreneur. From street smart beginnings James made it on his own. He started working at 13 years old, then investing before he was 17 in different investment ventures. Buying and selling developing combined real estate projects into the hundreds. Employing and growing the community he resides in, he is a leader, with a heart to help others. At 44 James has impacted thousands of lives for the better and Loves to build. James is an inventor, investment strategist, and one of integrity.
Carrie Asher
Director logistics and materials, manpower division
Carrie Asher is proud of her extensive personal history and accomplishments, which give her a unique insight into people and communities. Carries connections and deep understanding of construction and investment strategies allow you the confidence that a knowledgeable and professional expert is working on your behalf. In conjunction with James Martinez. Fundraising for Children and investing in their communities to bring constant job creation, through hundreds of properties redeveloped and, with a heart to bring cities of hope for the hurting, hopeless as well veterans and those in need.
Judith Oleary
Government and municipality sectors with history in government set-asides as well a previous leader and trainer of multinational private companies. Business development strategies and growth are her forte. Assisting in the oversight of one of the most prestigious private jet aircraft management on demand Global charter companies in America she is second to none for protocol efficiency and growth. Judith sees the cost and time saving benefits of modular will be a primary consideration for the future of construction. Her heart is to help the veterans and those in need.

Incorporating manufacturing energy saving components and efficient green resources do matter. Options include, solar, water retention, reclamation, and green energy saving materials.
